Ok so I have done this thrice now, except I used chicken with bones (small cut) - spectacular. This time I have added a bit of sesame oil and modena balsamic and the taste test is even more amazing... gonna do the whole hog with plain rotis now. I believe I am in for a taste in heaven :)

Red chilli powder isn't required because of the green chilli sauce and green chillies that we use. This is not a curry preparation that's why no powders are used. Also we use fresh garlic pieces and there's no need for ginger in this dish... hence no ginger garlic paste
I cooked this dish more than 5 times, and it is really delicious. My family only has this meal, which is impossible to refuse, and there is not even a little left of it.
I was enjoying watching you make chili chicken until you used MSG, that turned me off right away. MSG has been banned by most countries. I don't know why one has to use this product. There are many ways food can be flavored without using MSG.
I really like the way you make changes in the regular recipies. I want to request if you can do a CHILLI CON CARNE recipie, Sanjeev Kapoor style for Indian tongue :)
