Moral: High weight low reps or Light weight high reps doesn't really matter. Just increase the intensity of the workout and decrease the resting phase.
Lol why decrease the resting phase? Why Dont you just keep on doing sets back to back and get out of gym in 15-20 mins after doing 15+ sets good enough rest right?
Myself Dr. Santanu Sen from Kolkata. I want to know, between high intensity and low intensity which intensity should be started first. That means, should I go for heavy weight with low rep first and then the light weight with high rep or vice versa. Please guide me
Summary Both High &low rep's low weight high rep's max above 12 ,Max 25 according to our self High weight low rep's up to 12 according to one forms But important is that intensity should be there in proper way Thanks jeet sir.

Please ensure you do the following to avoid elbow pain, use vitamin d3,ensure ur form is correct and you can also use boswellia extract it quickly helps with the elbow pain, search on Amazon! I also had elbow pain and following these steps helped me a lot
You are overtraining your biceps and triceps with poor form.. This is the reason why a person who is in the gym for 3 years get elbow pain... Your arms won't grow if you are training them for 3-4 days

For muscle growth progressive overload is a very important thing. If you don't lift heavy you won't get results period. Lift heavy in compound results and you will surely get results. I have never performed more than 10 reps in any exercise except lateral dumbell raise and i have got pretty good results for a natural guy.

No matter which kind of repetition u do, it will ineffective.. unless u engage your muscle and mind...i personally feel muscle and mind connection is most important...that's what sir said intensity.
Hi jeet, its been 15years i am working out as passionately n i met several big name people of this gym industry but truely the way you explain and go in depth is remarkable. These days i am following your HST - 10 PLAN. So have just 1 quick question, after doing my workout i still feel energized even i do strech my muscles till fatigue as you described so the question is do i need to add some more exercises or the plan shared by you is enough for muscle gaining.
