Kanami Tono, who composed "Endless Story" stated that she wanted to write an anthem" song that the audience could sing along with. She nailed it. Every great song makes an emotional connection between the musicians and the audience. This is one of those songs. Saiki's heartfelt words and innovative lyrics at the end of the song, showed how much they love their fans and how much the audience loves them back. That is why this band is groing in popularity around the world in leaps and bounds. Thank you for reacting to it. It was what I needed at the end of my day.
You’re not the only one, friend. I even saw Akane shed some tears while playing this song in Chicago two years ago. It’s a special song even by Band-Maid’s insanely high standards.

Thank you for letting us watch your journey becoming a Maidiac.😁 I’ve been lucky enough to hear them play this twice in person. While they weren’t the extended version this one is, I can attest the crowd singing along is just magic. It’s always been one of my favorites.
