This was the finale to their 10th Anniversary performance thus the emotion and tears from Saiki and the others. The love from the band to their fans is very real and heartfelt and that’s evident here.
What always gets me is how clearly fatigued they are. After 3.5 hours of playing HARD and the power of the music and their performances, they are clearly both physically and emotionally out of gas, and just powering through this one on sheer will alone. Leaving the question if Saiki's last shout out is broken because she's thrown her voice out with those last screams, or if she's just breaking down emotionally right there, unable to stop it. Either way, they left everything on that stage that night.
I disagree; I've seen them live and also all the videos and concerts out there, I've never seen them fatigued. This was all emotion, this was the culmination of 10 years of hard work and determination all on display at this show.
@@mikeholmes5308I don't know what show it was, but I absolutely love that the audience (according to somebody, I don't have a source) was calling for an encore and Kobato came back out and explained that they don't do encores because they leave everything they've got (accounting for however many gigs they have left on the tour, obviously) on the stage. Also, they build in "rest-stops" for the band and audience already. IMO that's much better than a planned "spontaneous" encore where the audience is so worn out after being made to beg for 15-20 minutes that they can barely enjoy it.
Great ending to that *serving* ending their 10th anniversary tour. *FUN FACT* The last verse was added to the original recording as a direct thank you to their fans. 🤘❤🔥🤘
Kanami stated that she composed "Endless Story" as an "anthem" song so the audience could participate in the singing. Every great song makes an emotional connection between the musicians and the audience. This song does that. "Endless Story" the final song from Band-Maid's 10th Anniversary Tour finale. The concert lasted 3 hours and 40 minutes, but the Maids put every bit of their energy in it. Saiki's heartfelt words and improvised lyrics at the end of the song showed how emotional it was for the band and the audience. That was the way a rock band should end their concert. Other artists should take note of this performance.
Written for the fans specifically. There's also another performed online during COVID called ABOUT US that you might really like, it's a beautiful song.
The final song of the final show of their 10th anniversary tour. The emotion in Saiki's voice, especially the cracking at the end; gets me every single time! So proud of them! Here's to another 10 more!🎉🫶 I'm not crying, you are!😂😇😎🤘
Thanks again from Japan 有難う。Nov.26 last year, I was there in Yokohama Arena with tears of joy and sadness as well to say good-bye to the ladies at last. The moving finale of the 3-hour-40-minute long show. (33 songs) A little off topic. I went to see Band-Maid's ACOUSTIC concert held in Shibuya on March 20. All of 14 songs performed there were amazing. The finale of the show "Daydreaming" was especially breathtaking for me. In addition to the beautiful song in itself, kudos to FIVE instrumental players ! (Saiki on piano) They always compel or lead me to bring tears.
This was such an awesome ending tribute to the fans. They really do appreciate their fans and we appreciate them. This brought tears to my eyes the first time I watched it, just thinking about all the years, hard work, dedication and I am sure tears, it took them to get to this point. "Whatever tomorrow brings Whatever the future holds No giving up-this struggle is The mark of life." One of the truest, saddest and most hopeful lines ever sung. Speaks to what we all know to be true, whether we want it to be or not. Life can be beautiful, but it can also suck. I choose to remember the beauty of life and deal with the struggle as it comes, man it does suck at times, that is for sure :(
Final song of their final show of the Tenth Anniversary Tour! The last verse was added just for this show as a thankyou to all their fans. Band-Maid has done other songs directed to the fans, "Memorable", "Smile", and "About Us" are all love songs to the fans, very cool for them to acknowledge their fans, love goes both ways with Band-Maid! Brings tears almost every time!
That was such an emotionally powerful performance! Truly next level, which isn't easy when just about everything they do is already top level. Thanks again for another great reaction and remember: Life is BETTER with BAND-MAID! 🤘🤩🤘
Great emotional song to react to. You should change the CC to English to hear the emotional messages from Saiki to the fans, as this was the 10th Anniversary Tour Finale at Yokohama Arena. This anthemic song, was the perfect ending, to this show, song 33 of the night, in a concert lasting 3hrs and 40mins, and the tour. They even wrote an additional verse to the song to mark their appreciation for their Masters and Princesses in history at this momentous event. After Saiki walked down the runway... "For making today Possible. For letting our voices join together, Thank you! From now, always. We'll never forget this view shared with you." And that's why we love our Maids, as they truly love us for supporting them. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
@@interstellardaveNow I’m wondering which one of the 8 you don’t think is lovely lol. I had the same thought but in reverse. If Band-Maid like them I need to check out The Warning, and I’m glad I did.
Damn. My eyes are sweaty again. This stage was the biggest they performed in their 10 year carrier, and they were all showing overflowing emotions and tears. But Saiki didn't cry until the very end. That's what makes the tears she shed after she finished precious.
Kanami composes all the fantastic intros to their songs- musical genius. Pity about the captions as you miss Saiki's beautiful word to the fans. Last song of 33 in 3+ hours at the end of the 2023 tours.
