This is a deep dive into the story of the real Easy Company and a rarely discussed part of Easy Company’s story, the loss of Chalk 66 on June 6, 1944, which cost them their commanding officer Thomas Meehan III and 16 paratroopers from Easy Company. This documentary covers the formation of Easy Company, their training at Camp Toccoa, Georgia, Currahee, their relationship with Captain Herbert Sobel, training for D-Day, and biographies of every soldier on Chalk 66 is included at the end.
