Morris Brown first song was 400 Degreez, and I believe that was the whole band. Honda never really let the bands do 1v1 battles the only one that ever happened was Jackson State vs Winston Salem

Just to put y’all on game cause Eddie Ellis was my Band Director @ Allen University, Bia Bia wasn’t in Mr.Ellis’s caliber meaning he didn’t know they was finna play the song only because students kept the arrangement away from Mr.Ellis which is absolutely insane

This was the College band "Morris Brown" my high school band followed they were pressure...a lot of our members went there after highschool from Lucy C Laney high school Augusta GA..I played T-bone around this time 2000-2003 they actually came and did their halftime show before one of our football games in 01 or 02 this brings back so many memories great times I will never forget!!!

I luv the 100, Southern, Bethune, A&t, JSU but if the truth will be told. Back then Morris Brown was the Ultimate Battle Band. Top of the Class.

Morris Brown was a beast back in the 90's till they lost accreditation in the early 2000's. You have to understand all of their footage is vintage and folks didn't have cellphone cameras worth anything plus RU-vid wasn't popular with bloggers like today.

This was a classic. Gentleman was Virginia State camera man. It has some classic footage on youtube. Mostly CIAA bands from back in the day.

Mannnnnnnnnnnnn til this day (and I ain a band person, my sister were/ FAMU), but between MBC and NCAT, don’t matter the size they held their own against anyone at that time, ijs.🤷🏽
