Chips All end up on the track's and The whole center it makes a mess I had this machine had it for six months and sold it and bought rayco 74 it has it all over this one....
Very interesting. Glad to hear somebody has experience with both of these machines. I'm curious about all your pros and cons of both machines and why you chose to jump to the Rayco 74. I have been comparing these 2 machines with intent of adding one of the two to my current fleet for the larger, high production jobs. I really like the chip containment system and length/sweep of the head on the bandit, but also heard it's quite messy like you said. I do like the simpleness of the Rayco design but haven't had much input on it for productivity and reliability. Please give me your input on the two. I really would like the help to better my decision. Thanks
Little late to the party, but if it’s not too late, I wouldn’t touch an SG-40 with a 10 yard stick. I haven’t heard the first nice thing about them. Underpowered, slow, and prone to critical failure.
Hey Mustangrebuilder! I have an sg40 and my dealer told me to put the power head down on a rubber mat when trailering to prevent the head swinging side to side and affecting the swing cylinder. Would you agree with this?
