I don't think that's how math works. If you take 0.01 and rounded it up to the nearest 1, would it just be 0? Because I'm pretty sure if it's even a hair over 0, it would be rounded up. So gabby could very well be 7% correct and his statement would still be accurate.

@@alex2005z Well depends on what you're rounding TO. he said rounding to the nearest 100% - I work in Aerospace and we round to different decimals for different things - some things get rounded to the nearest .00x place to be considered "within tolerance." Yeah I'm fun at parties.

Hey WPE What’s up! Um funny enough my birthday is actually in 2 days. April fools day. No joke my parents were so prepared for the event of birth a code word in case I was indeed on the way. But my mom forgot the word to use when calling my dad from work. So they told when I was a little older that I was actually born on the 2nd. Fast forward to 2 years ago and my parents told me the actual story. So yeah happy 27th fools birthday to me.
