If this was a true love story of them , then that's nothing more beautiful than that. Its too beautiful that makes me always shed tears watching this drama. Yoo ah in is the best actor indeed. Love him so much I love more the character he played , what a great man Lee bang won was !
I almost agreed with you because Yoo Ah in captivates and hypnotizes me with his acting BUT I had to keep reminding myself that his character killed his brothers. The older ones that he was fighting with is one thing, but he killed the young kids too. 😢
Every foreigner misconceives him. King taejong(太宗), Lee bangwon, is one of best king in korean history. And many korean love him. He isn't just a villain. He made foundation of joseon and had a surplus primally in korean history. It made king sejong could do sejong wanted policies
I'm a new watcher to this series partly because I knew it would wreck my life so I kept outing it off. I'm still watching it which is why I remember bang won say that people don't respect those who do good but lose they respect those who win. And in some sense that is very true, he won in history and played a major role in the Korea we know today so tho most people don't like his ways he his still respected because he won.
From Thailand, i agree with you. We could not use today’s standard of moral with situation back in 1392-1400. It seemed to be a notm of those days of fighting to the throne, war, etc. we need to see what did he do to the kingdom. I really like him and understand why it happened. This was a perfect drama but it hurts to say that these two didnt end up together.. But at the same im happy that they get what they deserve but still ahhh i can't decide!! Lets just say they weren not meant to meet from the very beginning cuz they gave us (the viewers) hope and then fade away at the end
They promised us their love. We kept on hoping that maybe they would be together, till the very end of the series with only one kiss. It really hurt us.I rewatched the drama and had the same effect it had on me the first time. Now I love dramas with epic scenes and Swordmanship. I hate dramas where women quarrel for one man.
yep.. it still hurt when i see this couple couldnt get together but still somehow i like the ending too.. i dont want boonyi just become his 2nd wife/concubine or get involved with any dirty palace politic.. bangwon has said that only to her he become the old himself.. she is the only one that bangwon trully love and respect even he has changed.. for him boonyi is the one who can kept the old lee bangwon still alive.. and i think that is the most romantic way of loving someone..
