66 year old female came with complaints of right sided tinnitus high pitch and gradual loss of hearing for 3 years. No other ENT complaints. After evaluation on CT and MRI scan she was found to have right sided CP angle tumor -Meningioma measuring approximately 2.6x2.6cm. The patient later underwent right sided Translabyrinthine approach for CP angle tumor excision.
