Something wrong and not add up with Thai Police 's investigation. Too quick to draw conclusion and it makes no sense. This Phu guy did not drink tea and only water bottles. People do not drink tea for a toast, or drink tea before a meal but after. Not all people drink tea at the same time but sipping it so the rest would see others collapsed before drinking themselves. People eat meal then pack up. Here it is the opposite, they packed up, then go to drink tea then big meal. Nonsense.
Yeah I feel the Thai authorities are too quick to rule it a suicide murder by poison. Probably try and lessen the worry so it doesn't hurt the tourism for Thailand too much. Sherine Chong doesn't benefit from this, she's dead too. It seems like something more sinister is at play here. An actual culprit who got away and gains much from their deaths.
That is ridiculous. In Asian culture (I’m Vietnamese but grew up in the west) it is completely normal for someone to suggest you cheers to tea even if you don’t normally drink it. And it would absolutely be considered rude in that context if someone refused to not drink any tea just because you don’t normally prefer water “not even a sip to say bye with everyone”?
The Thai police and government quickly investigated and closed this case to avoid negative impacts on their country's tourism industry. However, many questions remain unanswered to this day. The US and Vietnamese governments need to cooperate to reinvest.
Exactly. Looking at the perpetrator's face, there is no way I'd believe she was the wife of a Dubai billionaire. She looked like she had awful filler jobs on her face. Even is she said she was rich, I'd be investigating my client's background as well.
The conclusion was reached within the first hour of the "investigation" as demanded by Thai PM. I don't expect the authorities will release any more information. Swept under the rug quickly and conveniently to protect tourism. RIP to the victims.

I found the details of the crime were puzzling. The alleged killer Chong, owned a few properties in Oakland USA worth much more than $280,000US. Why killed everyone including herself?
@@same5952 Truth. We know little bit about owning properties in the USA. Some locations in Oakland are great for investments. My point was the Thai's authorities too fast trying to solve this case.
According to investigation, there were apparently no signs of struggle. FYI, cy* poisoning isn't instant or painless like the films portray, it is actually painful and the victims will usually struggle when it kicks in (suffocation), weird that none of the victims shown any sign of struggle, not even one. So many sus with this case. On a side note, scammers don't usually kill themselves, they do it with zero remorse. It's usually the victims that show guilt or remorse or regret, because oftentimes it's not only their own money they "spent". Since the makeup artist is irrelevant, i doubt the person that invited him would've involved him if she was gonna commit murder-suicide, following this line of thinking, it makes more sense that one or more victims of the scam decided to end it, maybe they spent money of their relatives and have no face to continue living, or it was their final savings, or their children's future education funds, etc etc... it's these kinds of guilt that usually drive victims to fatal decisions.
