14 year old kid??....he should be trial as an adult!!...i dont have sympathy for anyone who shoots random people for whatever reason no matter the age...

I just came back from Bangkok on Monday evening. And it just happens a day after. I can’t believe that this perpetrator might still be roaming around the mall during the days we are on vacation. This is serious business. I’m shocked.

I was there on Sunday night. It gave me a goosebumps the thought of it. Rip to victims.😭

This guy was so hurt by discord that he faked his “insanity” and went on a shooting out of pure rage just cause he got banned from a community. I hope he gets the life sentence and rots in that damn prison forever.

Psychology and sociology were never mutually exclusive topics. Psychology and sociology are correlated. Such correlation was also taught in Confucian teachings in China for over 2000 years. Just as this boy's actions sparked society's respond, something in society also motivated or pushed this boy to act in such a manner. And a reminder to my fellow Singaporeans, a few years back, we had a security officer who shot his wife, a national serviceman smuggled a SAR21 out of camp with the intent to use it. We have our fair share of violent events too. Our saving grace is strict gun laws. But still, murders were committed for various reasons in the recent years. Yes, Singapore is lot safer than most countries but as the old saying goes, "The safest place tends to be the most dangerous place." Complacency is dangerous.

If this teenager was hired, he was precisely hired because they know that the boy will not do hard time because of his age. FYI - almost always the same suspect: male, mental problems, solo, wearing black or tactical military type gear. So next time you're in a crowded place you see a suspicious guy by himself, wearing black or camouflage pants etc- watch his actions and his hands carefully and or even better yet: just run! lol

Ar least, there are exits for you to run out to save yourself. Need a tighter security at crowded areas in future. Never know when you have someone wanted to practise their shooting skills. I blame the security for letting the shooter into the mall.

Nothing special news when i was staying in Thailand almost every day there is gun shoot in other part of Thailand and even regular car bomb happen. In Yala almost every house got gun some even Ak or M16, family menber are taught to use gun to protect themself
