what i learned is that the "view" associated with any lux bkk condo is worthless unless the it is at water front because the view will get blocked sooner than you can say uncle. Floors 2 to 10 are typically dedicated to parking lots, making "low floor" condos a rarity in the market.
It does not arouse my interest, because it is too small, but you have a lot of daylight, the height also appeals to me, unfortunately too much high buildings around…… Soon I contact you, because I was born in Belgium, it suits better with same international language 😂😂😂
