Ooo I miss there so much. The Chao Phraya River at Phra Artit side, I was there most of the days when I travelled to Bangkok two years ago. I can’t go there now😥. Thank you so much for your great video here to let me remembering the happy moment when I was there🙏, and thanks for showing us there is an entrance to the sidewalk at the end of this road, now only I know it, next time I must walk on there 😉. Let’s wish that I and we all have another chance to go travel again 🙏.

Great video, brought back a lot of old and good memories. I started coming through Bangkok back in 2000, and back then I stayed in the Kao San area. Later I stayed just before the railway crossing on the Phetchaburi Road. So I know the area from there, back to Kao San Road and towards Sukhumvit Road as well, cause I started staying there about 2012. As for the sound/music, my recommendations are to use a separate microphone, I can recommend Røde, expensive but the best. You can either connect it to your camera, mobile phone or a separate recording device - there are countless RU-vid videos about that. Music was great on this video, just be careful that it is the same level as you speaking level. And thanks again for your great videos, really are enjoying them!

One nice feature of BTS station and train design, especially for wheelchair access is the point where you enter a train car at one station, you will exit at the same point for most if not all stations in terms of proximity to stairwells and elevators. So if you are pushing a stroller, heavy luggage or in a wheel chair, plan to enter the train car very close to the location of the elevator and the train will stop at whatever station you are going to such that the train door you entered will open at the same location on your destination platform where the elevator is. This feature is also useful when you are in a rush and you would like to exit the train at a stairwell nearest the exit gate most expedient for you to go thru. In other words, once on the platform at your departing station, move along the platform to enter the train car that will be in close proximity to the same stairwell most convenient for your exit from your destination station.

Just stumbled across this video. It is very good. I live in the area north of Democracy Monument for many years back in the 90's. A lot of changes and mostly for the better overall but not all. A couple of old theatres you rode by which are now no longer in use. Thai Airways main building was there as well although I'm not sure if they still use it as such.

Music influences the viewer with regard to your video scenes. These (your) videos aren't usually meant to be dramas, so I prefer a feel for how a neighborhood actually is in everyday life, with little or no music. An occasional jingle jangle bit of music to introduce a neighborhood according to how you identify that place would be appropriate. Another thing is that when music doesn't fit the scene, it feels strange. There's another very good RU-vidr who uses very nice, but melancholy , music in all of his clips, about enjoying life with his family in rural Thailand. Over and over the same music! Good intro and exit for his videos but the music isn't upbeat for any of the many upbeat scenes! Anyway, hope this helps! Chok dee na!

The cars driving very fast be careful

I have not seen "speed limit" signs. Do they use these in Thailand to control of traffic or is it like the autobahn in Germany where safety and common sense determines the speed?
