Soft sounding language...understood perfectly well..words with right expressions helped follow the instructions...looks delicious...will try this evening. Thanks a lot ma'am.
Woah! Such a soulful cooking process, with narration in a beautiful language. Thank you for explaining so well. I don't understand tulu but i feel like learning the language now. It sounds so unique and beautiful!
Mouth watering Fish Bangude Curry. You are a real Chef, you have put all the ingredients through Andaz. No spoon measurement were seen. This is a true chef and Tulunad speciality.🚩
So glad u didn’t use kadi patha and mustard seeds. I’m a bunt - this is exactly how I make it- proportions are different tho but ingredients are the same. Only tamarind I add pulp later so I can balance the salt spice and sourness- that’s how I learnt from mom. Thanks was nice to watch it tho.
@@syedmahamoodnawaz551 yes ajwain seeds, carom seeds anthare English alli Especially used for dry and fresh fish receipes in south canara or in Mangalore It's bilkul an optional..but it enhance the taste of the dishes
Your Tulu accent is so pleasant to hear. Takes me back to my childhood days when I use to attentively look at my parents speak to our Tulu speaking family friends. Mouth watering Bangde curry ...so nostalgic. My mum use to make the fish curry in clay utensil ( made in Mangalore)
My favourite is always fish fry and curry, I can't talk Tulu but I understood what you were explaining. Nice and simple cooking but it is too tasty, you don't want anything else.
