On this channel I'd like to address the challenge of staying 'visible' in society as we age. How we look, what we wear and how we present ourselves seems to be more important than ever. Hey Kaz. I’m trying to catch up after being gone on vacation. I think there are times when most of us need to be on the bench….or having a no buy period. I really enjoy your videos. Glad you are doing so well. Also glad to see you are healing well after your surgery. 💕

Hi Dawn, you're right, we do sometimes need to take a step back and just slow down. I hope your vacation went well. I'm feeling a bit better each day. I went for a check up on Wednesday with the surgeon and she said it would take 4-6 weeks to recover fully which I was a bit surprised about. I'm sure I can recover quicker than that 😅

@@KindnessMatters_ I don't play an instrument. I was planning on having piano lessons when I retired but the osteo arthritis made that too difficult. I had a couple of cameo parts in student productions when I was working at the University of Queensland. Apart from that I only had 1 minor part in the theatre and discovered that I suffered from really bad stage fright. So, I spent the rest of my theatre days backstage in the wardrobe department which I absolutely loved ❤❤
