Horse archers with 'Delegate Command On' will prompt the horse archers to do skirmish, that way they don't charge head on to the enemy infantry/cavalry like when you did F1+F3 🤣

Oh no, don't call me out on my addiction. Whenever I want to start a new Bannerlord run, I pick Khuzait Horse Archer doom stack and if I force myself not to, I am reminded in every battle, that I could be playing horse archers instead right now! Seriously help, how does one enjoy Bannerlord without horse archers?!

Thing to note is when on the deployment screen at the start of the battle, drag your character onto the troops, this way you buff them further at 16:39

To counter bandits that have horses(early game) deploy horse archers infront (or at the back) of the the infantry so that the bandit cavalry can get stuck once they charge. The infantry will then be able to dmg them efficiently. Its not great to f1 + f3, you will lose your infantry fast as horses can pick out loose inf. Big environmental stones ( maybe trees), bodies of water can be used to counter these kind of bandits. Deploy inf with their backs facing the big stone, or deploy them on bodies of water.

Mate that’s just what I always do I tried to use inf, archer, and cav once it was cool, yet the whole time I was thinking that it would be way faster if I just lined up 500 khans guards (Also a tip, line up ur mounted archers and fall back when the enemy gets close don’t charge because it’s both more safe-ur archers won’t just randomly charge in-and it’s quicker-there is no moving accuracy penalty)

I did this as a merc only keeping my troop cap at 300 I focused more on mounted archers and few heavy cavalry (Khuzait troops only)
