Bao-Dur wants to repair HK-47 so he'll be a more efficient droid. This first part has HK-47 refusing Bao-Dur's help. This is a scene that was cut from the game and will be restored in the TSLRP.
@ultimatekotorfan: That's because Bao-Dur still can't wear normal robes as that part is hard coded. That is why I made custom robes that you have to use the cheat console to access them as I had to use a different clothing slot that Obsidian didn't use for the game to get Bao-Dur to equip some sort of Jedi or Sith robes.
I must disagree with you on that part. Once you fully manually repair HK, he becomes quite useful in combat. The health regen and dexterity buffs really help.
@ultimatekotorfan: They're personal mods, but I think there are a few mods out there that have some of those features. It's been too long to remember though. :D
You still shouldn't even think asking Shem is wise. He wouldn't know and I know for a fact he's getting very sick and tired of getting asked questions with things he has no association with.
My mod eliminates his original looking cyborg arm. I implied with that mod that it's more of the style of Anakin Skywalker's, which is why all the clothes and armor he wears looks like he has that style of arm.
@JediShemL Oh thanks. I guess I didn't scan the readme thoroughly enough. I sometimes just assume that the patcher runs and it over with. Hey, I've been wondering, what is the mod you use for regeneration in your vids? Is it a personal mod or can I find it on filefront?
@JediShemL I tried that mod once, but my computer is crap, so it simply removed his cyborg arm and still wouldn't allow me to equip robes to Bao-Dur. Do you have to start a new game?
@JediShemL Wait a second, I was just playing the original KOTOR, and I came across an armband that seems to have the regenerating stats of the ones you use. I was using your enhanced merchants mod. It's funny, I bought it off the first merchant you ever see. I used cheats and made him a rich man
