Why haven't we gotten another horse racing game yet? The last horse racing game I played was Champion Jockey and I want to play this.

Yes you can play worldwide. But the game language is Japanese. No English.

Nope! The Switch and the PS4 are both region-free.

@@Shadowwolf145 I use the Google Translate app while playing. You can take a picture of the screen and translate it. If you mean a Wiki to help understand the game I know a few but they are in Japanese (I use Google Translate here too) Tell me if you want the links! :)
