It’s refreshing to know that sane, normal people still exist. I totally support this bar and would give them my money if I lived near them. We need more sane, normal businesses like this.
These designated months are intended to raise awareness to traditionally marginalized groups of people in the US. There is nothing wrong with what this guy is doing, it's his right, but don't use the opportunity to tell someone else they are immoral for being who they are. The hurt white America feels about race, gender, and sexuality is quite immature in some...nobody is trying to sway you from your values. You do you and let everyone else do themselves, not that difficult.

The reporter was just trying to get his goat and trying to make him sound like a hateful bigot. But, the guy kept his cool. He stuck with his beliefs and stayed calm.

Ive been asking some people if they went to last years hetero parade. Finally a person said there isn't one. That was answer I was looking for. There should be a hetero parade Every other group has 1 and even a whole month dedicated to them
For those who also don't know, I just learned that June is also sacred heart of Jesus month. This was already yours, imho. I think the gays tried to take a month that was already supposed to be special to your community.
My wife and I took a short vacation to Boston, not realizing that it was pride weekend, and trying to walk around town and avoid their agenda was almost impossible, and what we saw was beyond immoral. Grown men wearing mini skirts and makeup, women dressed like prostitutes. There were a lot of young people desperate for acceptance that they would try just about anything to get it. It was sad.

The bar owner did a great job holding up against the interviewer who was clearly trying to make him feel bad for doing what he believes in. There should be a heterosexual awesomeness parade!
I'm so proud of this guy. It's easy for Christians to avoid talking about their beliefs because of what other people will think, but he really stood up for himself and gave very good answers. I wish I was more like him.
The rainbow is a symbol of God's promise to never again flood the entire Earth, it should never have been used to celebrate some of the sins that provoked the flood in the first place

@vshah…….The act of drinking isn’t a sin, it’s the way you go about it that can lead to sin. In Christianity, all mankind is born into sin (sinful in nature). If I over-indulge in any substance that alters my mind and lowers my inhibitions, I am putting myself at risk to do something I will regret (sin) leading to resentment. Resentment(s) cause anger, and hatred, which will lead to self pride and arrogance that lead to fears. When all of that compounds, the substance becomes habitual to escape or numb oneself, now you’re addicted. This is naturally cyclical behavior that never ends unless one gets external help. That is why most Christians I know don’t drink, they don’t want to put themselves needlessly in that position. They don’t dislike anyone that drinks, they choose not to. If you keep playing with fire, you will eventually get burned.

My wife decided Eagle ID was the place to be and we left the Denver area 7 years ago for my kids to be away from the filth of what was happening. The greatest decision for the kids to graduate in what was a small town. It was the freedom I remembered growing up in a smaller town. We moved again year ago and hope they dont get overwhelmed by idiots with the wrong voting patterns.
I felt the same at first. Then realized how long it has been since we've seen a real interview. That reported made sure we got the full story from the interviewee!

The interviewer said that he could have just left it alone and done nothing. A week ago, I walked into a Fred Meyer to buy dinner and one of the employees had stacked a table of flower bouquets with little Pride Flags in front of the store for everyone who walked in there to see. Retailers insist on shoving pride merchandise into all of our faces, and yet we are supposed to act like we don't see it?
Yes! The bar owners case would have been stronger if he had some solid examples: or public libraries carrying many graphic novels with comics that promote gay behavior and even explain and "teach" how to do it. Our public schools are 100% on board and it is taught in school/ parents are intentionally deceived about what happens at school (get them out----homeschool!), if we don't"comply" with it kids can be taken AWAY from their parents! I believe people are born straight or gay. That said, the days of discrimination are over. Its not the 1950s. Pride has become a marketing tool to make money off people with empty lives who think who they sleep with is all that they are. Pride parades are not necessary and frankly, in urban areas, have devolved into sex shows with guys dressing in bondage gear on top of floats. Nobody cares who you sleep with and it shouldn't be a source of 'pride'. You didn't work hard to achieve gayness. You work hard to achieve degrees or positions at work or to increase your income to build a good life for your family or to become a better person-THOSE are sources of pride. Who you sleep with is your own personal business. If anything, the owner was far more reserved in response to the question about extremes. He was getting close when he was talking about how pride is pervasive. He should have mentioned how drag queens were dancing around in front of small children, and Target was featuring tuck underwear for boys, little boys at that! It's in your face everywhere you go. We should be proud that we are propagating the rest of the world. They can't fill enough test tubes to make their crowd grow and they aren't growing without recruiting our children. For decades.
