Well to be honest I feel all the experts here are kinda justified for losing their tempers because they were asked by the failing bars for help but the owners of said failing bars seems to have not the slightest bit of fortitude to accept the experts' criticisms.

I’ve always liked Lisa Marie more than Mia. Because Mia is pompous and arrogant a lot of the time and has an aura of superiority with everyone she deals with on this show. The way she looks at and talks to people is her saying “I’m better than this and I’m better than you”. And that’s just not cool!

You could tell by the way he was talking and acting, along with how his staff is dressed WHILE CLEANING THE BAR, that he had some serious issues with a woman giving him attitude, and not being subservient to him. That clip really got under my skin, because you know that what you're seeing on camera is the attitude he feels is acceptable to show on camera. No telling how much worse it is when no one can call him out on it.

The chick that the one bar owner chased away can come clean my bar anytime (assuming I ever buy one). I know she has the big tattoo on her arm but otherwise she is very attractive. Maybe she could have been more diplomatic in asking for his assistance but she probably spent 3-4 hours cleaning his filthy bar by that time. Preferably a bar owner will pay his staff to clean the kitchen and bar every night like they are legally obligated to do (and that doesn't mean $6.95 an hour -- since they don't get tips for cleaning they must be paid at least $18 an hour and depending on the employment market maybe even more for the time spent cleaning).

To be fair, he probably shouldnt be touching the fryer, you do need training for that, draining the oil without proper equipment and a place to put it can lead to bigger problems. Thats on the owner entire, you can pay third parties to come do that on off hours, it isnt hard, owner just doesnt care enough.
