Why didn't Obama use federal resources to help the people of Flint? Where was the Army Corps of Engineers -- they're literally among the most qualified people to fix a city's polluted water. After that stunt the US Army was authorized to use abandoned properties in Flint to conduct military exercises using live ammunition. Instead of helping fix Flint the Commander in Chief, Barack Obama, let the US military use the city for target practice for urban warfare exercises. instead of calling in the Army Corps of Engineers to give Americans drinking water. It's sick.
