Barbara Hale, the famed Della Street on "Perry Mason," and Warner Brothers star Jeffrey Lynn are interviewed in this 1985 appearance with cable TV host Skip E Lowe.
I love Barbara Hale, she's a classy lady, incredible actor and I loved watching every second of her on screen. Rest well Barbara, you are loved by millions.
The Perry Mason cast had the best, warmest, friendly and talented actors/actresses in any show that I have ever had the pleasure of viewing! Barbara Hale was so humble about her success!!!
Barb Hale is very Admirable Lady & she is so good with Perry Mason very Divine & very Devoted Lady i loved them all & always Great acting & actor's🌲🙏💞🐾👍!!!
Wonderful to see both Ms Hale and Mr Lynn ! Skip obviously adores his guests but I really do wish he didn't interrupt so much ! But I'm willing to put up with that to see his marvelous guests from yesteryear !
She was so elegant and gracious. I loved her interaction with Raymond...she was Brilliant. She made him a lovable hunk with her devoted flirtations. They were awesome together ❤️
It was very good to see and hear this interview with Barbara Hale and Jeffrey Lynn. Jeffrey Lynn did very well in the 1940 movie, "A Child Is Born" featuring Geraldine Fitzgerald.
Jeffrey Lynn was @ 76 at this time and looked very good (especially considering the way people aged from his era with the cigs, the sun, the booze, etc!)
Just saw this moving tribute to Barbara Hale by her son William Katt upon her passing, ""Lost my beautiful wonderful mom Barbara Hale yesterday afternoon. She left peacefully at her home in Sherman Oaks Ca, surrounded by close family and dear friends. We’ve all been so lucky to have her for so long. She was gracious and kind and silly and always fun to be with. A wonderful actress and smart business woman she was most of all a treasure as a friend and mother! We’re all a little lost without her but we have extraordinary stories and memories to take with us for the rest of our lives."
I love how many wonderful guests he had from yesteryear but sadly Skip did indeed have the bad habit of interrupting his guests ! Really gets on my nerves... :-(
man she really is still beautiful ! I mean I've seen\watched her everyday for about 3-4 mth streaming Perry Mason on CBS...think like early 1960's, & bam here she is about 30yr later & like wait what? I was wondering her nationality? good genes
She’s is a grand lady. I find the interviewer vey annoying. Jeffery Lynn was a good actor and seems like a very nice man. He was a very talented actor. God Rest Their Souls.
He talks to much and his questions about Raymond burr are disrespectful to me I love Perry Mason watch it still everyday. I was hopeful a good interview .
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:” only thru jesus Christ can your soul rest in peace!
@Paul Gallagher I take it you didn't read the instructions at the head of the comment section. Your comment was in no way respectful. It was pure hate and reflected your upbringing.
You might criticize him but who in the hell else was taking an interest .... check out the great George Maharis and Tommy Sands interview -- these people were no dummies and in fact drool with class... something you critics don't have!!!!!!!
