My husband and I are looking for a new location as well. We respect and agree with your goals of getting away from corporate mentality. You are an adorable couple and we wish you much growth and success. Ignore the haters, don't even respond to them, they are jealous because you are loved by so many. That's really dope. I always find it hard to find good gyms, especially with a family type feel to it. Some say "well you're just there to workout" yes but I also want to feel a good atmosphere where everyones enjoying themself and having fun. Going to a commerical gym is like eating dinner with your relatives you've never met, it's awkward and you just want to finish dinner so you can start drinking. Keep up the videos Bart. I want to see the progress on the gym!

Come to Northern Virginia. There's little to no powerlifting gyms around here. Business would do really well, especially since DC is ranked one of the healthiest cities in the US.
