You don't need that much strength to do that. To unload it just put your back on the other side of the carpet and push with your legs. That's no problem. You don't need a car to unload it but Ya that's no even heavy. The hardest shit to do is when you have a slab of granite and have to take it up stairs. That's when you need strength.

Bart Kwan I can't even go to this gym and I feel proud! Watching the journey and using your channel for inspiration and motivation is the closest thing I have. The BBB needs it's own youtube channel where the rest of us can workout and follow plans & tips. This channel is much more a behind the scene of BBB; It'd be great to have those coaching tips, competition announcements and dates, a beginners guide, an advanced tips guide.. the ideas just keep going. These are things that could easily become dvd's, other merch, and business ideas. I guess my Creative Director experienced brain just keeps on going. But it's that hard work, determination and humility that I know will get the BBB to reach places that we can even begin to think of now. Bart, let me know if there's any way at all I can ever help you guys. more importantly the endless hours of hard work and the best team anyone can ask for. most business owners are not youtubers and most youtubers do not own another business.

Bart Kwan yup totally right, it's great to see when you guys venture out into the unknown, and not just rest on your laurels, by relying on one dimensional success

You could even have like member motivation videos, where you select one member and they talk about what motivates them to workout and upload it every Monday or so. You could also have educational videos talking about the "science" and form of certain workouts. On top of this you can make announcements about upcoming seminars AT the Barbell Brigade gym which more people will see on RU-vid and can link their friends more easily rather than Instagram which only a few people will see. There's a movement for Fitness channels right now and I'm sure a lot of people would love to see this.
