these are the Barbies that got me into collecting realistic dolls again because for a decade i've been into MH and EAH more 🥺 i looooove the BMR 1959 line so so much, especially for my doll photography! the clothes are nice but not together, just paired with other stuff and the dolls are GORGEOUS!!! i love the diversity so muchhhh ❤
Bmr1959 is actually one of my top favorite Barbie lines next to creatable world and a few others. Bmr1959 is almost like a mashup of all the diversity and fashion from fashionistas with the poseibility from made to move and that's why I love it so much! I love the uniqueness too!
The curly-haired blond girl that Melissa mentioned not liking looks much better in different clothes. I have seen people do amazing makeovers. She has a tall body and is more androgynous, so she is different from the average blond Barbie.
Got the reference, Kaito is a great character for sure. Danganronpa happens to my current obsession right now as my friend introduced me to it august of 2019 and I have been obsessed ever since. Great video by the way. Your videos never fail to put a smile on my face so I always keep coming back to watch more so thank you so much for that
90s popular looks; biker shorts, baggy tops, bright colors, large logos, brands like Karl Kani, Cross Colors etc. You missed the fanny packs of the 90s???! I had one. I know you were there ( in the 90s) 🤣 Watch some episodes of In Living Color (pay close attention to the Fly Girls- dancers) and you will get the styles. Reminds me of some of TLC's fashion from back in the day too.

These are from the first wave. :) I almost have all of them at this point. Missing two from the last wave (redhead guy and petite purple hair are the two I still need)
I love this male doll so much, Like SO MUCH. I am a 15, almost 16 year old gay male. The fact that Mattel released a male doll with makeup shocked me, and while I am not a big fan of mattel much I love this male doll. I want him so much and hope to get him, as I want to do makeup when I am older as my parents won't let me since it is a "girl" thing
Love these BMR1959 dolls they are all beautiful dolls and awesome to get a male doll with make-up, totally agree would be great to get more dolls that are not gender stereotypes and more unique. I'm not a fan of some of the outfits on this line of dolls but they dolls still look amazing. 😍💗
That makeup on the green-haired doll reminds me of the quality from 15 years ago. At least when they did a male-looking doll with makeup, they didn't give it a pixelated, stamped-on face.
The one with the braids reminds me of Yolanda from How To Cake It. I did use both men from the first wave and put different heads on them. Well, you know, MTM Ken.
The great thing about Barbie dolls is the fact that you can make clothes that make them look even more rocking. I make all my dolls clothes. Barbie clothes are so generic
These are from the old wave. The ones you opened first were the new ones. I have the Ken and curvy dolls. I don't love the fashions in this line, a bit on the tacky side plus that logo is all over everything. Some of the separates are nice though, like the blue coat.
I'm wondering if anyone has had problems with hairline cracks on the lower legs of the braided girl? I'm not sure if they are cracks or just a surface defect. I ordered 3 from Walmart in Canada to try to get one that doesn't have issues, but they all do, to a varying degree. I think I'm going to have to give up, unless I pay more to get elsewhere.
I have the one with bikers shorts and I really hated the outfit and hairstyle, I changed them and I think she is really pretty now, but yeah the dolls are really pretty, the clothes not do much.
See that's interesting how you didn't end up with the Barbie from this wave since she's the 'no makeup girl' you mentioned wanting once. Hopefully they do that again with a doll you like
I love the Ken doll most of those 3. And his outfit is my favorite. I need him and the other BMR1959 Kens in my life. Is his knee and arm joints stiff? Bc you didnt bend them all the way. Rock On!❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍🤘🏻👽🇸🇪 //Nekoboys Toys and Dolls
I like your videos, but I haven't seen them in a while due to me losing interest of your channel. You are still amazing anyways and I'm still subscribed (even though I'm 14 and yea).
Chucky cheez 🐭color combo it look better on the mouse🐭 than the doll Mattel did not pull that off!!! Pink and green would have been a a better combo for the doll
I didn’t like these at all but you made me realize how amazing they are. It so cool there a racial mix girl, buff guy who wear make up, and a really dark skin girl. I just don’t like that they out bmr everywhere. Like it would be more settle. Other then that these are amazing and I agree you shouldn’t match your entire outfit with your hair.
Jensen Ackles is just beautiful, full stop! Why is it always guys who have lovely full lips, long, thick, dark eyelashes that have a natural curl to them? So unfair!
@@Theravingranter Ever hear of auto correct and was I talking to you? Like you've never made a mistake in your life. What are you the grammar police? Go bug someone else. I wasn't talking to you in the first place.
@Kye Makenzie No one cares whose first, second, and so on. You comment that you're first on every video and then fight with people that think they're first or even when they are first you still argue. No one cares.
@Kye Makenzie No one cares what you have to say either. Grow up. Arguing with people about whose first is immature and childish and you're not first to every single video and even if you were no one cares. Grow up and quit acting like you're better then everyone else because you're not.
