Life in the Dreamhouse Midge i so pretty. I mean, all the life in the dream house dolls are pretty great, but Midge with the Steffie face mold and the old fashionistas articulation is just so elegant. Her and Rochelle are my favorite too (obviously they are superior). I think you may be right about the head being slightly bigger. Your restyle on her is just so adorable. I love the choice of Tiffany blue skirt and matching hairbow, very classic midge. SO CUTE and it looks very good with her hair.

Im always looking at this doll on eBay but youre right, she isnt cheap. I think shes getting more pricey. I love Steffies so I'll have to go for it before gets even more expensive. I have the Barbie Life In The Dreamhouse Barbie Doll. I found her at Value Village a few weeks ago. All she needed was a hair treatment and a Made To Move body since her original body, her legs are sort of loose.

The 2010's Barbies unfortunately often were rooted with glue inside the head. The sticky feeling comes from leaking glue, quiet a common problem. 🥺 Sometimes a boilwash with Oxyclean helps, besides thatv(maybe put some baby powder into the hair and brush) there's not much you could do about it. 🫤 Love this doll, she's so cute! 🥰🥰

The comedy in the show is so low-key petty and adorable I almost think it's not completely for kids but also for us kids inside 😂 I prefer the show to anything barbie related defo.

Not only these dolls have bigger heads, maybe you noticed it with her because you are used to the other Steffie molds which are all smaller because they are never used in the playline, if you notice all the current playlines have bigger heads compared to the signatures or the Barbies of the 90s. I guess this thing started at the time of the Bratz and the MyScene, just to make the Barbies more "modern" they started to make their heads bigger, or maybe it's for safety reasons, so that younger children don't swallow them. And this is why I have a hard time finding playline Barbies to add to my models squad, because their heads look out of place next to the others I have.
