I would also recommend a few small changes to the thumbnails that would increase initial clicks like use of more than 2 photos. Thin borders to separate photos on thumbnail to look more professional. And make when using score lines of recent matches in your thumbnail to pan it across the whole screen so thats it pops out more than anything else. And one extra thing, the use of green to highlight the text at the bottom of each thumbnail works… but I’d recommend more team related colors like red blue and gold. If they clash with the photos used in the thumbnail don’t be afraid to add a border this will also make it pop out more and more people will instantly look at the title on the thumbnail rather than just the pictures. Of course this is alot but I guarantee at least one of these will have an impact on initial clicks🫡🤞

Also for the Short Thumbnails just add a colorful photo related to the short, before thumbnails for shorts didn’t matter on YT, but now when you scroll on your homepage a group of 4 shorts appear every couple videos and right now it is really easy to profit off of.👌📈
