I love skating barefoot but on my carver and penny style boards. It feels so free and I love the board response! Obviously, it can be pretty dangerous, so I need to watch myself and know the risk of getting hurt from it. These might be a really good compromise for me to feel my board and keep my feet safe(r).

@@OwenJackson , what I'm looking for is a pair of shoes for rainy days in a city-like environment, with very little dirt or mush I have the GOBI III, but I doubt they are good against rain. Correct me if I'm wrong
FYI, these shoes are made from PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) and microfiber, which is just plastic :/ It's really frustrating to see when they could be using cotton or some other natural material. Whenever I see something advertised as "vegan", it's almost always just plastic.

Whenever I hear vegan or "nature friendly" I get a little bit sick. Stick with cotton, wool & leather as much as possible. Although I have like 10-15 pairs of Vivo’s, I don’t necessarily like the way they are virtue signalling… For example my last non barefoot Winter boot was Ecco. The thing is like 10 years old and still… the wool insole is great and the leather looks fantastic. It’s scratched up because now I only abuse it (washing car in winter, doing some manual labour and resting metal, wooden objects on it. It’s still amazingly waterproof and the glued sole still is 100% sealed (3-5cm puddles). While multiple pairs of my Vivo’s have Sole issues. Another thing: What’s the issue of Vivo’s left insole rising up. Many pairs. My brother in law has the same issues. Specifically left insole!
