@@happyhobo2217to my knowledge she hasn’t addressed her BS statements about Tulsi while on JR. No apology and no explanation has been offered. It’s a stain on her character that won’t vanish without her doing something to address it.
@@user-nz4ux4cw2z ohhhh thank you for context! That makes sense what a shame she should apologize then! Not for changing her mind that’s a great thing. Changing your mind when given more data imo should be applauded. When new information equals a new perspective that’s great! But, putting out baseless claims against someone that you never acknowledge as being false??? that’s disappointing…. Shame shame
"they didnt ask where the money was coming from" no they did and they were lied to. they were told it was a french businessman with a linked in page, and profile and zoom call
I'm not a fan of Bari's point of view. She seems very entitled and tries to blame others for being entitled. She has smeared numerous people with fake info, and never apologized, now she seems to be judging other parents.
As for the criticism of Tucker doing Putin interview... what is wrong with that? What is wrong with us hearing the opinions from the Russian side? When you are trying to quiet Tucker, then you are also engaging in censorship. For what it worth... I have listened / watched many differing opinions over the years. American propaganda to all of us is the worst of the worst. I also listened to many of Putin's interviews, press conferences etc over the years... where American journalists were in the audiences. I don't recall those journalists presenting what the point of view of the Russians were. Putin has talked - for years- about the expansion of NATO, how in the 90's with the Minsk accords were agreed to (albeit we deny it was in writing). In that agreement, NATO was not to expand East and yet we have done it over and over. He made it clear that Ukraine joining NATO was a red line that couldn't be crossed. Our country pushes and pushes trying to push every button we can tgo antagonize Russia. We do this around the world in many countries - we who are paying attention are not blind to what OUR country is doing.
@@KK-pm7ud most egregiously she supports legislation that limits free speech in the US under the “anti semitism awareness act” essentially makes it illegal to criticize a foreign government called Israel because the bill conflates criticism of Israel with antisemitism. She constantly tells us that students who are protesting the war in Gaza and actions taken by settlers in the West Bank are actually calling for the elimination of Israel. Many if not most of the protesters, make it clear that they do not want to see Israel eliminated, even if they have harsh criticisms of the state of Israel, some do, but it’s their right to say that. I’m a US citizen who loves my country, but I harshly criticize my government and many of its wars. I would never support limiting the speech of US citizens criticizing, the US government let alone for the sake of a foreign one.
@@KK-pm7ud she supports legislation that limits free speech in the United States. The antisemitism awareness act, tells us that criticism of Israel or Zionists is antisemitism and that it’s “hate speech”. yet it’s not illegal to criticize the United States or any other government on and the way they conduct their wars. I’m not anti Israel, I am anti Israeli policy in Gaza and the West Bank and I’m increasingly concerned about the influence of foreign interests, but more importantly, I’m an American citizen and we have been told we have free speech until it crosses a line and that line isn’t hate, it’s a foreign government. She’s also wildly off base when she paints every college protester as anti semitic. I’m a conservative American who dislikes woke/leftist politics but I support everyone’s right to speak their mind even if I disagree.
@@ShaunellaTaylor not sure what you read…she can say literally whatever she wants. That’s the point. I’m calling out her hypocrisy. Saying “no thank you” is NOT me saying “ your speech is hateful and should be illegal because I said so”
5:12, Now I'm speaking as someone who is Pretty Hard Right (and a long time Free Press subscriber). We have Always assumed The Media was Left/Democrat, because well it was (prove me wrong). One of the things Donald Trump did was Pull The Mask Off of Corporate Media. They stopped even pretending to be Unbiased.
Saw a tweet earlier today from someone in Gaza named "Refaat in Gaza" who said that if he ends up getting murdered, it is because of Bari Weiss demonizing him, today was the 9 month anniversary of his murder.
I thought she seemed ok from this interview, and was expecting her to be quit moderate. Then I saw a minute clip from Rogan and wow...acted the opposite of a proper journalist who would get the facts before spewing out garbage. Attacking Garbard (I don't know much about her personally) saying nasty stuff about her but then after Rogan asked her why she thinks this she clearly knows little about her and was just fed herd mentality talking points that Tulsie is bad. Wouldn't have wasted my 30 minutes on this clip if I watched that first.
Wasn't that interview with Rogan from a number of years ago when she was still with NY Times, or had only recently left? Her opinions have been evolving. There is a lot I like about her - but also many areas where I wouldn't agree.
@@JM-vh7oc yes it was from a few years ago. I think she was so obviously immature in that Rogan interview it would be hard to imagine her changing dramatically from that, but would be nice if that is true.
She could be a plant of sorts. Still, I assume that when she was dumb to the bias of the system she was working for and obviously after being red-pilled, her views would evolve quickly as she fed herself from the trough of truthful outlets previously off limits for her.
@@obsesivegamershe purports to be a free speech advocate until her in-group is affected. That’s literally what the left does. Shutting down speech and advocating for censorship because you disagree with it, is exactly the opposite of free speech. She can no longer pretend to be an advocate of free speech.
@@obsesivegamer She called Tulsi Gabbard an Assad toadie on Joe Rogan Podcast. Joe Rogan asked her what a toadie was, and she had no idea. She was caught repeating mindlessly repeating talking points.
Unfortunately, this quartet blindly supports one of the groups at fault for much of the malaise of our day (and historically, for that matter). It pertains to banking & power.
Perhaps we’re missing the obvious elephant in the room? The leviathan effect of government monopoly education (K-12 as well as universities), government monopoly of a wide range of institutions, and government domination of every facet of American life (quickly approaching 50% of GDP) has centralized authority into the hands of bureaucrats - and those who are able to apply pressure on bureaucrats. Is it any surprise that politics has devolved into pressure group warfare? And that advocates of freedom have very little influence on the direction pursued by these centralized authorities?
Hating trans people, and supporting war is not "normal" it's radical and extreme. Her clinging to "normal" is gross while supporting so much violence and hate is really wild.

Jason piling up in Ruben and others just fits his lefty narrative which basically one google search explain what happened. Instead, by inserting his opinion nuked everything Bari said. 😂
I question her character primarily due to her appearance on Rogan’s podcast and the parroting of MSM narrative about Tulsi Gabbard. She’s forever tarnished I fear. I wish she’d come out and address her mistake honestly but she hasn’t and she won’t I guess. Or maybe I missed it?
She is describing precisely why TikTok must be banned and why section 230 is a perversion of free speech. The Chinese Government can choose what messages are amplified and which are not. And companies that promote content like RU-vid and Meta have a responsibility just like the major news organizations to prevent false information from spreading or must allow all information to spread. But in the case of the latter there is still the issue of what is promoted and to whom.
Then explain the same talking points word for word from the mainstream media . There is a power giving them all the same way to think and transmit information.
Bari has been in so long she can never really leave. That doesn't mean I don't appreciate her and The Free Press. It means the bubble is harder to break than it looks.
She is the echo chamber she represents the uniparty, whose position is ubiquitous in the media. There is no Echo chamber there is them versus us and she is them
I was definitely a hater before this with her Israel/Hamas takes thinking she was another establishment shill but this interview really introduced her well to me
She’s interesting to listen to as a fairly un selfaware reflection of the elitist mindset she is trying to criticize. She wants to fight the system by rebuilding it around herself and her ilk.
