I always find it funny when Dodger makes Sherlock run around because imagine how weird it'd be for the Lady Brackenstall to just look out the window and see him just run around in the garden, jog through the hallway or sprint straight into a room XD

Just had the goofiest smile on my face thoughout the whole Toby sniffing scene.

Literately just googled this. Beeswing is pretty much just a layer of tartar that forms in a bottle of old wine that has been aged for a good amount of time. And Decanting gets rid of beeswing.

I kept hearing the dead guy's name as "Sir Useless".

I mean there is no reason why Sherlock can't have out-of-body experiences to investigate the crime scenes. Surely this is one of the techniques he mastered whilst on his legendary special K binges.

Beeswing is Potassium bitartrate, a sediment left over from wine making. This probably means that the person who used the beeswing glass wasn't high society, & didn't know how the decant it. One of the burglars, maybe?

When people talk about candlesticks being valuable I always remember a time I went to a friend's and they had a crystal candlestick on the floor under the table. I whacked my ankle on it by accident as I didn't know it was there and it broke. Split in two. Then I found out this crystal candlestick was worth like £200 and I was just gobsmacked and in pain. It was a very awkward visit for the rest of the time I was there. I wasn't too popular with my friend's parents afterwards. I just wanted to run out of there but my mum wasn't able to pick me up for a couple more hours (we lived quite far from each other).
