This '76 BMW 2002 sat behind a shed for 13 years. Watch the first steps of this full restoration. Unloading, diagnosing the no start condition, taking it for the first drive and power-washing it with a foam cannon.

Cool car, but the US spec bumpers are an abomination. The euro turn signals also look a lot better.

Nice blue paint. And if you are going to repaint, you don’t have to remove the front and back windshields. 😅. Just kidding. Have fun with the car. I have a 1974 model I bought last year. I’m just beginning to enjoy it. It puts a smile on my face every time I drive it.

On second viewing of the video, just repaint the hood and trunk. Everything else looks good!
