The annual Meet Parade in Barnard Castle from 1965. Meet Memories: Cherry Simpson appears as the Golliwog (00' 56") along with her sister Gillian. Angela Grady (current Meet Treasurer) is the little girl on a bike (00' 58") with her mother walking beside. Filmed in Horsemarket - note the parade uses the slip road between the parking cobbles and the pavement rather than the main street. Walter Wilson's (now Boots) can be seen in the background.
