no i had to put the parts in that came with the bow had 5 allen keys with it also

yes u can i suggest getting used to it before making it higher poundage just to make sure it works

mine came with parts to make it 45 and indiana min lbs is 45 but i havnt seen this bow since i bought it many different ones out now from barnett
