I mean they never got an armory ,police refused to help and never cared, always had it out for them for power trips, not surprised it went down this way.
While i agree with what you said i think he made this decision OOC since he overlooked all that happened the days before, including being tortured by one of those inmates. I might be wrong but thats how it looks from an only yt perspective.
