I did this with 3lb weights yesterday and my arms were toast - thank you! The only upper body arm workouts I truly enjoy are this style so thank you!

Love working out with Gina!! My lower back is very weak so it hurts to do the bent over exercises. I started with 5's then went without weights for the rest. Goal for 2021 is to gain strength in lower back. Thanks again for a great one!
