Awesome sir,,,,May I know how to avoid the bend occurs while planting of 0.4 Copper alloy in tin platting,,we get lot of terminal bends

I had to give up after 25 years John due to COPD. I've seen a lot of changes in all those years like alkaline solutions now being cyanide free. Hot chemi blacking being replaced with the new cold chemi blacking and Cadmium plating now no longer existing at all here in the UK due to the stringent environment and health and safety laws imposed on the whole process.

Hard hot heavy work. Something many don’t know. Still fun to see results!

Bro, the vibration and rotation of the barrel drum is not that fast..And this are not bending sensitive parts... Usually soft parts they will prefer the hanger plating method.

Sometimes slower barrel speeds also helps in preventing bending of parts.

Hi, are you asking the price of the plating Factory or the price of the plating process? To be honest i don't have idea how much was the Factory cost... but for the plating cost they ranges from 4-4.5 USD per kilogram for nickel plating.
