This was an epic day of fishing, with over 100 bass caught. The morning was slow but We got a boat and found giant schools of bass chasing shad that were spawning in shallow water. The 6th sense flush was getting chewed for us.

Every once in a while you have a day like that. My first trip to Barret was like that. That trip we ran out of senkos. All nice catches

I’ve fished Barrett twice. Incredible lake! 100+ quality bass with a few 5 pounders… giant crappie too!

@@JBfishing619 ya, I fished it probably around 10-11 years ago…. The first time my buddy and I lost count at 120 fish… the second time ( drought conditions ), I think I caught around 20 bass!

About half way in you came into a certain area and if you would have thrown the right lure you would have caught 50 plus 3 amd 4 lb fish .
