Barrhaven mass killing: 19-year-old accused appears briefly in court

Febrio De-Zoysa, the 19-year-old charged with six counts of first-degree murder after a mass killing in the Ottawa suburb of Barrhaven, has appeared briefly in court and is being held in protective custody.
De-Zoysa is accused of killing a mother and her four young children, along with a family friend plus attempting to kill the children’s father.
Mackenzie Gray reports on what the Crown and defence agreed to why it takes months for the trial to begin and why the Crown had to resubmit the charges.

Maybe starting a petition for a legislation reform on reinstating capital punishment in Canada can be more helpful(?). However, the convicted who are on the death row would experience a similar situation as for life sentence, execution may occur only after decades of appeals, tax money etc., more expensive. Unsure whether it makes much difference.

Once they sort out the spelling issues and the difference between stabbing and shooting, maybe we'll find something out about this case that's actually relevant. The Canadian entity is criminally stupid.
