Without taking the bumper off, there was not enough room to take that bolt out. It was too long for the space available to come out. Cutting the bolt meant that both pieces were small enough to be removed. Furthermore, with the bull bar kit in the video, the included bolts meant that bolt would not be reused, and cutting it was of no consequence. Thanks for watching and commenting.
