That is true if it were all about Covid, Ross. I think that many of us have 'made peace' with Covid in the sense that we have decided our own personal risk assessment and that life is 100% fatal and we just have to accept some level of risk if we want to actually live rather than merely 'staying safe' hiding in the basement. I am not frightened of Covid. But i am very frightened of the people pulling the strings regarding the response to it. Because I am not naive enough to imagine they care a fig whether such as I die of Covid or not. They appear to be putting every available block on my ability yo get on with my life. The world was traumatized last year when this started and that trauma has been fuelled by the media and our governments. One thing is certain, I don’t trust any of them. Regulation 2361 of the Council of Europe of which the UK is a (founding) member: vaccines cannot be made mandatory nor can they be pressured on people. And no one can be discriminated against for not having one. Why are more people not talking about this?? This happened back in January.
If someone is denied the right to earn a living to provide for their family then they'll have nothing to lose when challenging the government, I'm sure they'll do anything to gain their rights back... whatever it takes!!

Normally vaccines are tested in the lab and if "it" shows promise it is given over to animal testing, which can last up to 5 years. If "it" shows efficacy and is 100% safe it is then considered for human trials, and they can last any length of time until efficacy and safety is proven. Then "it" is sent out for testing to different bodies ie NHS, F&DA etc. The entities being used on this Covid 19 are not new and were tested on animals many years ago, every one of those animals died and the project was shelved. It was then re-invented and used for Covid without any further conclusive testing, and given an Emergency Authorisation license from the American F&DA to allow ailing Pharmaceutical Companies to jump in on the Covid bandwagon, and make billions and billions of dollars by pushing these completely untested entities, on a frightened and utterly confused public. The thing that doesn't make sense is that care workers have to have mandatory covid vaccination to keep their jobs but it's not mandatory for NHS staff, where is the logic in that? None of these. If they were responsible for severe side effects they wouldn't call these experimental injections "safe vaccines". He is absolutely correct. Article 6 which states free and informed consent without coercion or improper inducement and the Nuremberg convention. I think you will find our law on medical consent has a nasty little exemption clause, stating it doesn't apply in a public health emergency. So all they need to do is show there is a public health emergency by parliaments definition, and the laws concerning consent cease to apply.

There are laws in place to protect people's human rights and civil liberties. Write to your MP and ask them how the Government & Parliament are complying with legislation and the steps they are taking to comply with this and not discriminating against people for refusing the jab based on their beliefs. Withdraw the Emergency Laws. They're due up in Parliament next month for another vote as to extend them for another six months or not. I don't see any reason too extend the Draconian powers. Tell the MPs you dont want them extending the Emergency Laws.

That not necessarily true, if you mentally incapable of making that decision, you can be placed under the Mental Health Act. Specifically Section 3 allows for a person to be admitted to hospital for treatment if their mental disorder is of a nature and/or degree that requires treatment in hospital. In addition, it must be necessary for their health, their safety or for the protection of other people that they receive treatment in hospital.

At the moment the small total of Covid vaccine deaths can be dismissed as being the sad outcome of a person's FREE CHOICE to have the jab. If a person, FORCED under mandatory law, dies from adverse reactions to the jab then who is responsible? In reality it is an example of State execution and there needs to be a process of legal accountability in the aftermath of such occurrences. Offering to cover funeral costs just won't suffice, especially if a child is involved.

If an employer insists you must be jabbed or loose your job then they take on full responsibility for any problems that you may encounter not just in the short term but in the long term. As the manufacturers are not liable for any injuries then your employer would be and could be sued for damages.
I’m having surgery (on my spine) this week I have been *forced* to wear a mask for my surgery, as I could not provide an official document of my exemption - something which I wouldn’t disclose to anyone I was directly threatened with ‘... if you don’t wear a mask (or can’t provide proof) we will not do the surgery - it’s ‘the policy’ of the hospital’ I am so very angry, upset and dismayed at how much of a pariah I’ve been made out to be

NHS England have told my MP that I am NOT allowed to OPT out of covid vaccination as they will carry on sending me texts, emails & letters I dont want. texts are waking me up!
I rang and emailed through to nhs and they took me off the mailing list as she called it. Told them i have a legal data protection instruction on my medical records at my doctor that forbids them sharing any of my data outside of the surgery (which i do) and that they should not even have my number and if they keep contacting me i will take them to court. She took me off instantly. I also told them when they phoned that i am seeking a solicitor to sue them for medical coercion and harrassment so it would be best if they hang up and they did. I dont know how they sleep at night.

Every day and every five minutes she repeats her covid and jab status, to try and get people to get on board with it. She's no better than the snake oil salesmen of the government.
What if the NHS refused to treat people unless they’ve been tested and vaccinated?…..oh wait, they’ve already started!! Personal experience (and I’ll gladly go on record), I’ve been denied access to NHS treatment because I didn’t want to be tested….now, if they’re refusing treatment for untested, how long before they refuse treatment for unvaccinated?!?!
Just get tested...it will come back negative and you will get treated...Don't suffer because of this!! I draw the line at a jab.. but a test so you can get better is a no brainer.
Many people have concerns about the tests, these tests have been taken apart it seems and unknown substances are shown on many videos I have seen. The other issue is if Covid 19 has not been isolated (confirmed by FOI freedom of Information) and there is no samples available in the world only samples of SARS Cov 2, who has isolated the Delta variant, where and when?
Yep, while I wouldn't say he was 'right' as a blanket statement because he has said an awful lot, and much of it is clearly nuts; but I much preferred life when one wasn't forced to admit he definitely got some of it right !

But first I will need you to provide me with me with legally indemnified letters stating you will compensate me in the event of illness, disability or death due to forced vaccination. These letters will be from you as my employer, your lawyers and insurers and subject to legal scrutiny. Said compensation will be payable from date of vaccination until my death whether I work for you or not. This way if I become sick, debilitated or die my family can sue you and leave you penniless. No letters means No jab, sorry!...
@@3070dan I heard an employment lawyer, a barrister on here, say it takes a year or so, (although you'd have a strong case on 4 points with this), but in the mean time no job/ income, then you'd get a year's salary (max, so not much really🙄). He was called Daniel Barnett I think.
And a Canadian private citizen has won a legal challenge against the Canadian government for draconian laws and rules which is precident for citizens around the world!
