The fact that Barry didn't chase after her or anything. He was so in love with Iris he pushed her away in the end. Yes it sucks that she was leaving but you gotta have some balls and at least chase after her. Like he gave no real effort in most of the relationship it was all Patty which is sad.

Shame, I really liked them together and they had good chemistry. Obviously, Barry and Iris are the destined couple and importantly on comic-based one but the Tv show made Patty so much more likeable that I wouldn't even care if he ended up with her.

I love them as a couple. Grant and the actress who played Patty have so much chemistry its unreal. I honestly don't like him and Candice. She isn't a bad actress but her and Grant haven't reached anywhere near the level Barry and Patty had theirs was palpable.

the barry patty arc was the best, i legitly getting emotional through their love journey especially that train scene.

This was the only thing I didn't like about the flash. I mean I always wanted barry to be with patty. Their chemistry had a magic which I didn't see between him and iris. I mean. According to the storyline and comics the showmakers tried to portray a intense chemistry between between barry and iris. But as a viewer I felt that between barry and patty. Not with iris.

So here’s the thing…patty didn’t actually want to leave the show she was suppose to stay for the whole season and if the fans liked her, she was suppose to stay even longer…in an interview she stated that at the time there was someone working there that didn’t really get along with her so they purposely pushed her out the show and made her leave without her having a say so. She also mentioned that certain individual no longer works there but regardless that certain individual had done the damage of taking her out the show. If you put close attention patty’s exit to the show was not well constructed, not much context either and very rushed. Nonetheless…she was THE ONE

They have more chemistry than Iris with Barry, literally Iris seems to hate Barry’s jokes and be a bossy “self-suficient” ass in every episode, Patty’s actress should be Iris in first place.

I wish that there was an episode/ timeline that was explored in depth that had patty and Barry, they look like they are perfect like it looks like she makes him forget about iris tbh.

I know deep down back when Barry was dating Patty, he still have feelings towards Iris which is why it seem like he wasnt as tormented as Patty was when she left Central City. But i wanna feel that he actually love Patty much much more coz he's not willing to see her live be in jeopardy just coz of him. He cares for Patty to a point that he wouldnt confess that he's the Flash coz he knows what will happen to those who do know his secret. He's seen all his friends and family suffer or even die in the hands of his nemeses. Even to those that do survive only become more unenthusiastic and colder every season. And he doesnt want that to happen to Patty, seeing her life, her beautiful smile and dazzling personality be destroyed just coz she knows Flash true identity. Barry put her valuable life more than his own will and affection, that its just the most selfless thing to happen in this series imo. Coz as u guys recall, Barry has done plenty of selfish and reckless stuff such as flashpoint just so that he gets the outcome he wanted. However thats not the case when it comes to Patty when she made the decision to leave Central City, he could hv easily reveal his true identity just like the dozens of ppl he simply did to, but he chose not to coz he just wanted to see Patty live a normal life instead of the one he's living, the life of chaos in every season, the life of non-stop running, the life where she might be taken away from him for good. So as much as i want her to actually be Barry's wife, at the very least i do feel that he cares for Patty the most🥰

Tbh its primarily because of their unfinished story that makes their relationship so desirable.
