Barry Beitzel | The Lexham Geographic Commentary on the Gospels 

Barry Beitzel is professor Emeritus of Old Testament and Semitic Languages at Trinity Evangelical University. Beitzel is the author of The New Moody Atlas of the Bible (Moody; Oxford: Lion Hudson, 2009) and the creator of maps that appear in the Ryrie Study Bible, the NIV Study Bible, the NLT Study Bible, the ESV Study Bible, and others. In addition, he is the editor of The Lexham Geographic Commentary on the Gospels (Lexham Press, 2018), the work discussed in this interview.
