Andy Muschietti respected Snyder's vision more than Whedon did. They should have gotten Andy to direct Justice League in 2017. Sure it wouldn't be the same movie that Warner Bros would release five years later of course but we still could have a film that feels in line with what Snyder wanted to make in the first place.

Really? All those who hace been at Warner Bros. during these years (except Zack Snyder and The Rock) I'd Say that they don't respect, appreciate or value him. Maybe they respect the character in general, but regarding the version of Henry Cavill's Superman since 2017 they only have refused to bring him back. Therefore, the character almost never appeared again, and if he did, he didn't show his face and/or was a computer model (like in this movie). *Also. Although this movie is connected with the ones Zack Snyder made, I don't consider it part of this "Snyderverse"* . Because Zack Snyder besides not having supervised this movie, it seems that he originally had other plans for The Flash.

Think about it as *a river* . Since JL although it could be said that the following movies are "connected", *the river divides itself in two; the movies that take Zack Snyder's work as a base but go a different way, and Zack Snyder's plan for these movies* . And these are two different things. I consider this Snyderverse just with... -Man of Steel. -Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Ultimate Edition. - (The never released) David Ayer's Suicide Squad. - Wonder Woman. And its epilogue. - (And the last movie) Zack Snyder's Justice League. I consider those tv spots of Bruce Wayne in Gotham and Lex Luthor in Metropolis (by Turkish Airlines) are more canon than this movie.

@@xav555same here. It’ll be a shame for me if the next flash actor just opts for a generic sped up running animation. Ezra’s were at least memorable and I never had a problem with it after the first watch, both in ZSJL and In this movie. It seemed elegant and fun. Even though we can’t realistically recreate moving at that speed his take on the motion felt a lot more creative and thrilling if you wanted to imagine moving that fast yourself lol

Not every movie has to be dark, and some characters work better with the family-friendly tone than the dark one.

I loved this tone more but the movie really isn't that bad

in that escene superman was fighting with the world ending machine he was having a hard time trying to fight with that titan alone, Facts that thing knocked him out for a second. That machine was full on kriptonite you can see even the smoke was letal for him.

Zod coming to Earth and revealing the existence of Superman was the groundbreaking moment for the DCEU, the event that forever changed this world, like Tony Stark revealing himself as Iron Man or the Battle of NY for the MCU

AND THE MAIN VILLAIN DARK FLASH. this mf came up and took down the main character, side character and the main villain. sure faora wasnt focused on much i agree. but if i was the director of flash and considering im a die hard zod fan, i would do EXACTLY what they did. ignore flash, super girl and dark flash and simply make zod win. and we see zod beating all 4 of them thousands of times thanks to time reversal. so we cant even say "oh zod simply got lucky" because he bashed all of the with no difficulty.

The story was there the acting was good. I honestly do believe this movie would’ve been amazing if it simply didn’t lack CGI. Certain parts of the film are just ruined for me because of the cgi 😢

In my opinion the color grading looks great, that's not the problem, the only real problem is George Clooney at the end of the movie.

A lot of people in cinema really laughed at the funny parts. Especially the dynamic with the 2 barrys. While the CGI at some parts were not good. I feel the whole chrono bolt thing looks bad since aesthetically thats how its supposed to look. Weird. Bad. It still does not make it a bad film. Some people just hate on the movie cause of the whole ezra controversy but he did a good job. Especially on the more serious parts of the movie. All in all I enjoyed it. Fun movie.

I have no idea why so many hardcore fans of movies like this are also so down on any kind of humor. The Snyder Justice League was undeniably better than the first one. But I loved the humor. Especially: Superman: Well, I know you didn't bring me back because you like me. Batman: I don't NOT like you.

Well, for the record... I do not consider this movie canon or part of this Snyderverse. (Because Zack Snyder didn't supervise it and it seems the original idea was a classic origin movie with Captain Cold as the main villian, not some sort of reboot that erases Ben Affleck.) But if we want to consider this scene canonical... Unfortunately since 2017 with JL, without the supervision of Zack Snyder, this universe was no longer connected. A guy here on the internet once said: *"They missed the opportunity to show in Aquaman 1 the consequences and the damage that the other world engine was doing in the Indian Ocean"* . As for wonder woman, she may have been watching what was happening on a news program in England.

We also know Martian manhunter had a play in this too as the role of the general, it’s almost like the whole league was there from the start.

It’s a mixture of both, but ultimately it’s not the responsibility of the composer, they get creative freedom but the director/producers/studio guide them on what to do and if they’d told them to use Zimmer’s score they could have easily included it like they did in WW84 with beautiful lie, from BVS. No idea why they didn’t wanna use it or what they were thinking though. Makes me shake my head in disappointment 😭
