I actually wouldn't have minded if this was the reveal. An A.I. speedster would have been pretty cool. The story could have been that after developing artificial speed Batman made an A.I. that would make high-speed calculations. Then it could have been something similar to what happened with the murder machine Batman.

So the voice is like they mixed Zoom and Savitar's together, the head lift scene reminds me of a similar scene in The Three Doctors and the look of the final scene just screams 90's to me.

The Flash villians seriously haven’t been that impressive than S2 with Zoom, who actually felt like a major threat, along with Eobard. Savitar was kinda silly, while the rest of the villains should’ve been defeated in seconds but plot. This also feels like that type of situation because they once again, use the excuse of Barry being de powered so the villain doesn’t win that easily. I swear to god if Barry talks her down in the next episode instead of beating her in a fight I will stop watching this show until all the episodes have aired.

The helmet off with no head was a callback to the Headless horseman and the fact that the armor was remotely controlled by "batwoman" was a callback to Iron Mans ability to "remotely" control his armors in Iron Man 3
