His neighbours cat gets hit by a car, and he picks it up after that and stomped it and swung it against a tree. His defence was that he thought it was suffering and he was putting it out of its misery. It’s a super fucked up, stupid and impulsive thing to do, but I don’t think he maliciously wanted to hurt the animal. In some fucked up way he thought he was doing the right thing.

The neighbor's cat was hit by a car and so Donnie picked it up and swung it against a tree repeatedly in front of the owners. He said he was trying to put it out of its misery, except the autopsy found that the cat only suffered minor injuries from the car. You can't make this shit up.

Except they destroyed the evidence of the cat and hate the kid and that isn't what happened. The cat was mortally wounded and ran over by like 3 cars and had squeezed the guts out of the cat. He knocked it out and broke its neck. Never swung it off a tree. Read the court transcripts. They fucked that kid. He's so conf8d3nt in himself and so real you can tell he stands by everything he does. You can kill a human and fetus but can't put down old yeller. He did the right thing and made a hard call. The cops set him up and the bogus necropsy report where the destroyed the evidence and said the cat was fine. They didn't even record the necropsy and destroyed the body even though the defense team for birth wanted the body for observation. The sex wasn't even the same as the report and it was a stray cat. They denied the kid his grand jury and retaliated for him helping people who were being railroaded by our system out here. Don Birch is a folk hero out here for real. Also a member and Donato of Peta and saved multiple animals prior to this on record. As well as him stating at sentencing that someone who harms animals and abuses them should face 20 years and have to be watched and register to a registery for animal abuse. The system is corrupt and assassinated his character. It was a hit job. DONNY BIRCH LOVES ANIMALS MORE THAN PEOPLE. BEST DUDE I know no matter how wild he is. He's great. This episode was great!

Donnie Birch was given a 100k $ bail for not giving his cell phone to the court without even having a warrant. Many other crazier things. He was stalked by the police in Schenectady to the point he represented himself and beat like 60+ cases against him and obtained certificates of disposition for every case. I heard his judge previously refused himself and maliciously convicted him for a "thought crime" NO JOKE and then didn't allow the appeal and obstructed it with the DA's dirty tricks. There is record of him doing a 27 day hunger strike during a protest at the Schenectady County. He also was alleged to be recorded to not drink water for the last 4 days to drop saturation levels to make them take it seriously toward the end of it all. The kid has heart and is fighting a corrupt system that targeted him over his history and fact he was effective at suing and lodging complaints and exposing them at city council meetings. His last meeting was NO JOKE silenced and muted him. This guy knows something and they don't want people hearing him. I also heard he can't even obtain his case file from a hired firm in Albany for Cheryl Coleman who was investigated for trading cases. She sold him out and he should've never been convicted and he's not even getting a fair shake on his appeal. Overall, good man and he did the right thing. His testimony cooperated with prosecuting witnesses who said they saw him cry, remove his shirt and cover the animal. He was set up and media lied. It was a stray. Police got a Confidential informant to say it was his cat who was being investigated and indicted for selling Crack and rated. He helped set up Donny Birch and tampered with the scene and body. Shit is crazy. This kids l8fe is like a movie. But you see those cops don't f7ck with him and he does what he wants as he said and the cops want NO part of him, as they just keep passing him drinking out in the open, acting wild and doing lines with Dave. We all seen it. The video is heavily edited! They made it look way different and more chaotic. Stay strong Birch.
