I get what you’re saying, but you’re operating under what getting ANY Michelin Stars means NOW. When they first rolled it out, serviceable was the definition. Obviously, it is what it is now, and getting any star means the restaurant is one of the best in the world.

I've come to the conclusion I have a completley different pizza scale than Dave. I personally LOVE Neapolitan/Margarita pizzas while he gives them the standard 6.8. I've been to all his 9.0's and higher in NY and New Haven, but i've also had pizza that he graded in the 6.0's that I thought were high 8.0's-low 9.0's.

I work at a recruiter for a fortune 500 company,. Believe it or not, when we look at your resume, we also look to see if you have the "energy" over the phone. If you have a great presence, you have a high chance of qualifying for the positions. Sometimes, I would find a diamond in the rough in the hundreds of resumes I see daily. This kid is that diamond in the rough. He's honest and have that energy.
