@@electrictroy2010 Nah, probably be a 6.8 to be honest. Cold pizza is still legit. And I don’t believe that first pizza slice was ice cold. It was probably just barely warm if he was being 💯 honest. So I would deduct 1 full point for that. For not being hot but instead lukewarm.

Bro his pizza was ice cold and the waiter kicked him out instead of getting him a fresh slice. I’d be pretty pissed off as well. Imagine getting served shitty food from a restaurant and sending a complaint but instead of serving you what they are advertising they kick you out instead.

The dude who told him to leave heard him yelling to the guy "ICE COLD!" and obviously took it the wrong way and stepped up like king jefe and handled it the wrong way. I'd say HE was on a power trip, kicking him out rather than resolve the issue with a fresh slice. C'mon, every pizza spot knows Dave and Barstool Pizza reviews, he honestly thought he'd kick him out and NOTHING would come of it? Dude has an insane following and can make or break your spot whether he intends it or not. Dude screwed up and made the wrong call. Thankfully Dave is a fair guy and wanted to go back and give it another chance.

Unfortunately the absolute correct way to deal with any guest like this should have been 1: that he approached Dave and ask if there was a problem (assuming he did overhear the comments) 2: get him a fresh warm slice 3: apologize for the first slice being a subpar product. Much better than kicking out a customer…especially one thats being filmed. It sucks that hospitality industries have to cater to this kind of guest attitude, but it is how the game is set now :/

Currently it's $23 for the 22" cheese pizza. Used to be $20. Maybe he has the 16 inch one? That used to be $14. It's bit more expensive than dominoes, but way better tasting so I'd still get it unless I had to get pizza delivered. I will say though, taste can be a bit inconsistent. Mainly in the crust. I used to eat there every weekend. Some days it was the best pizza I've ever had and other days it just tasted like pizza. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Felt like maybe 50/50. Can't say I've had a ton of different pizzas to compare, but I did have a sourdough crust margherita pizza in Switzerland once that was pretty damn good.

I feel like we watch two different reviews, there was noticeable crisp turn up your audio it is pretty loud, it wasn't doughy looking, and well done pizzas are in the 8's or 9's not 7's.

Dave likes smaller bar pies that are crispy and almost burnt, with zero flop. This was clearly more of what he calls a football pie. #BelmontBootlicker
