This is my favorite local pizza - the bread and crust are to die for...and when I saw this review I was instantly like “Wait, what is that? OH NO HE MADE UP A NEW PIZZA FOR THE BARSTOOL REVIEW!” Super high risk move. Pizza terminal is legit amazing but they got starstruck. Like Icarus they flew too close to the sun, and their pizza got burnt.

The episode where this is discussed is "Teglia Pizza Bar (Montclair, NJ)." This nice guy in video likely is not so nice after all... He was pulling every trick in the book to guilt trip Dave into giving him a high score. Not 100% confident it was this guy Dave was mentioning, but pretty sure of it.

Dave needs to implement a policy of NOT telling the owners what their pizza scores after he's rated them. If they want the score, they need to wait for the video to drop. Dave has too much empathy for these hard working pizza makers to perhaps give their pizza the score it deserves and then have to tell them the score in person.

Dave didn't mess up at all, matter of fact he gave the pizza a high 7's because of the guy. They overcooked the pizza and dried it out. They really tried to impress Dave because they knew he likes his pizza well done but that pizza looked drier than the Sahara Desert. If they made their pizzas how the usually do it I'm sure they would've gotten a proper high 7 maybe low 8.

I go to this place all the time the owner Scott is a GREAT guy, gives free pizza all the time, will let you pay him another day if you’re a regular and are right on money, always tries to strike up a good convo etc

Yo, Champ Champ you got a great vibes. Looks like a great pizza spot. Am sure you've read the comments about maybe over cooking the pizza for Dave but this was one of my favourite episodes of One Bite. I've been watching these since the start of 2019 and seen everyone single one. Sorry to hear about your father. You have such great energy. I hope Dougs comes back! Stay juicy dude.
