I can't say it enough "please put the bottles and everything else back in their proper places!" Damn Communication is key. Solid tips. Thanks

Lol this video is definitely hitting a cord with people. The OG bartenders know that it only takes 2 seconds to put something back where it belongs right away and it will save sooo much time and drama! I hate to see a bartender running around like a crazy person while the manager and the other staff just stand around. sheesh. glad u liked this one!

I have my first bartending job. I been here for 3 months now. It's at a high volume night club downtown. I absolutely love it. N I'm told I'm doing good n rocking my part of the bar. But one old time bartender who knows flairs and all told me I need to speed it up aloottt. N now I'm second guessing how good I actually am at this:(

Hi. This is RockStar BarGirl. I'm on my other account and don't really comment on this channel anymore, but I saw your comment and just felt I needed to say this. Customers matter. Managers matter. Other bartenders and their fucking opinions that no one asked for don't. Keep your customers and your managers happy and you can always be confident that you are doing a great job. I hope that helps. Blessed be 🙏🏾

I have had this happen to me and it come from the bartender I really respect and its tough to hear it but with you watching this video shows that you care and you will get better. I've heard from all bartenders that you will get your ass kicked often at the beginning but don't let it scare you away. It's been 2 years since your comment but I hope things are better for you now

Yay!!! So glad to see this. I was checking out the 'gram when you were in Turkey (Kudashi ♡). I love your videos. I make cocktails at home but I listen to your bartending advice and it translates to the office environment. Keep the vids come.

Hey girlll love ur vids I’m from nyc any bars you recommend that would consider hiring someone who has not bartended before

Thank you so much hun! Honestly in NYC, you'd be surprised how many types of bars and restaurants are willing to hire a new bartender. Even high end restaurants and craft bars find themselves in need of staff. But one of the easiest ways to get in the door is to apply to other positions as well as bartender positions. Barback especially. This will help you gain experience behind the bar and EVERY body needs a good barback. Trust me! Also, stadiums, event venues and arenas higher new bartenders because their concession stand bars often only serve beer, wine and very basic spirits and cocktails. And don't forget to watch my job search tips videos for more advice! Thanks again for watching!
